Service Description
Design a private five-hour Lima experience around what interests you most. Request up to three stops—neighborhoods, landmarks, restaurants, cafés, markets or activities—and Buddy Lima will review your choices to create a safe, practical route based on distance, traffic, opening hours and availability. Your service includes personalized route planning, private transportation for up to four passengers (subject to luggage fit), waiting time, pickup and final drop-off, bottled water and multilingual communication assistance with your experienced local driver-host. Requested stops and reservations are confirmed only after review. Meals, drinks, admission or activity tickets, parking and tolls are not included unless specifically stated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before your service: full refund. Cancel 14–7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days or no-show: non-refundable (we'll offer a 50% credit toward a future booking when we can). Free rescheduling with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. For cancellation or schedule-change requests less than 7 days before your service, email hello@buddylima.com as soon as possible. The refund and credit terms above still apply. Your driver reserves the day for you — early notice lets us plan and keeps our prices fair.
